Currently serving as Legal Director for EMEA and Growth at a prestigious branded hotel group, Krishna oversees legal counsel for more than 50 hotels across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, while spearheading global investments in key markets around the globe. His experience spans real estate acquisitions, hotel management and franchising, mergers & acquisitions, and leading high-stakes negotiations.Krishna’s academic credentials include a double degree in Law and Business Administration, an Executive Master’s in Human Resources Management, and advanced training in Business Valuation and Corporate Accounting. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan, Krishna blends legal acumen, business insight, and cultural fluency.
